Thanks to all volunteers who supported the 2019 Thanksgiving Food Drive on Saturday and Sunday November 23 & 24 at the Cheter Shoprite.  Below are the preliminary “unaudited” results:

Total Turkeys Donated:                                   112

Total Cash Contributions:                                  $1,176

Of total cash collected:

43 Gift Cards @ $25.00/ea.                      $1,075

Food Purchases (to fill specific shortages):         $95

Remainder Carry-Forward to Easter:                      $6

The following organizations were served by the Food Drive contributions:

• 31 Local Area Families in Need
• 35 Robert E. Cole Senior Housing Unit Residents
• Long Valley Interfaith Community Assistance Program (CAP)
• Our Lady of the Mountain Food Pantry
• The Children’s Home of Easton, PA
• Market Street Mission in Morristown, NJ

These results would not have been possible without the tireless efforts of volunteers @ St. Luke “Staging Center” (Heather & team) and KofC brothers over these two days.  It is incredibly gratifying to see first hand the generosity of our community and witness how such efforts & contributions help to serve the needs of so many families and organizations within our community!
