Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Drive
On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, April 19th – April 21st, our council conducted the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Drive It involved standing in front of selected stores in Long Valley and soliciting donations. Some of the stores involved are Dunkin Donuts, the General Store, LV Pharmacy, and some others. On Friday we will conducted the drive from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM, on Saturday from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.
The Drive for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities is a State Council Program and a very worthy cause. we all should take satisfaction in knowing it was for a great cause which will benefit Intellectually and Developmentally disabled individuals and their families/caregivers, in our local community.
