On May 10, 2016 our council was honored for our  donation, with money  from one of our beefsteak dinners, which paid for at least 3 room tv’s or one large one . Our Council is listed as one of the donors on the plaque in the new wing of the Community Living Center at Lyons Veterans Hospital.
