The annual R&R Open House and Barbeque took place on September 12, 6:00 – 9:00 PM at St. Luke’s, but I just wanted to provide a few additional details for all. The event has three purposes, first to attract new members into the council, second to renew the interest of members who have not been active, and third to provide a nice opportunity for all of us to enjoy a tasty barbeque and to relax in good fellowship. Many of us are working hard to insure all of that happens so I encourage you to note the day and time in your calendar and to join us. In addition to the delicious barbeque, there will be three competitive events to show off your golfing, basketball and corn hole skills, with an impressive trophy awarded to the winner who will be able to display it in his home for the next year.
