On Sunday, March 6, 2016 Brother Dan Flaherty of the Long Valley Knights of Columbus participated in St. Cecilia’ Pro-life 5k jog / walk in Morristown, NJ. Brother Dan is a LifeRunners member from St. Cecilia’s Chapter.  The event kicked off from Assumption Parish on Maple Avenue in Morristown and the midway point was a Planned Parenthood Facility on Speedwell Avenue.  Joggers / walkers paused at Planned Parenthood to say prayers for the unborn then returned to the Assumption Parish for a bit of food and fellowship.  A truly magnificent day was had by approximately 70 participants.  The blue colored LifeRunners tee shirts were easily recognized along the streets of Morristown and many people clapped, thanked us or shouted words of encouragement.  May God bless the LifeRunners as they work tirelessly for the unborn.
